Are you judging me?


People don’t ask this question often. But they think it all the time. And the answer is, no. Really. We’re not judging you.

What’s the best lube?


The honest answer to this question is “it depends.” While there certainly are category leaders, the best choice depends on factors like your preference for organic products, how you intend to use the lubricant, and - if it’s for vaginal sex - what stage of life the woman is at.

Discretion is important to me. How will my order look when it arrives and what will my credit card statement show?


We value your privacy. Your order will come packaged in a plain brown box or plain envelope and the shipping label will read TNI. Your credit card or Paypal account is charged under the name TNI as well.

Is my personal information kept private?


Definitely. We don’t resell or distribute your address, phone number, email address or any other personal information. We only use your contact information if we need to contact you with a question or update about your order.

I received a gift certificate for The Nookie. Can I redeem it for cash?


No. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

I registered for an education session, and now I can’t make it. Can I get my money back?


Unfortunately, tickets purchased for education sessions are nonrefundable.

What’s your return policy?


The Nookie provides a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days with proof of purchase on unused books, jewellery, and sealed cosmetic products. Please note that we cannot process a return if a product has visible damage.

For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns on toys and lingerie unless a product is defective. If a nonrefundable product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can get a discount on a future purchase. See our full return policy here.

I want to make a return, but I lost my receipt. Can I return a product without it?


Unfortunately, we can’t process returns without proof of payment. We accept credit card or bank statements showing a charge from TNI instead of a sales receipt.

Do you guarantee your products?


Yes. The Nookie provides exchange or replacement on all electronic devices, jewellery, and accessories for a minimum of one year. See our full product guarantee here.

How much do I have to spend to get free shipping?


Canada Post Expedited Shipping is free for orders over $50, before tax.

What shipping options do you offer?


The Nookie offers Canada Post shipping, including Expedited, Express, and Priority. We also provide courier service for customers within the Greater Toronto Area.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?


We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, we can’t usually change or cancel your order once it’s submitted. Please check all information before placing your order.

If you discover a mistake, email us immediately at order@thenookieshop.com to let us know. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to alter your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?


Shipping time depends on your location and when you placed your order. Orders placed Monday through noon on Friday are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. Ship times within Canada are typically from 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

For customers in the Greater Toronto Area, we offer same day courier service Monday thru Friday.

What happens if I order something out of stock?


We work hard to prevent this from happening. Occasionally, however, orders slip through that contain out-of-stock items. In these instances, we’ll contact you with an estimated delivery date and ask how you’d like to proceed.

How much do the different shipping methods cost?


Canada Post Expedited shipping is free on orders over $50, excluding remote regions. For domestic orders under $50 there is a $10 flat fee. Otherwise, rates vary based on location and how quickly you want your items delivered. See our detailed shipping information here

Can I get my package delivered on the weekend?


Weekend delivery is not available at this time.
