The Nookie provides a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days on unused books, jewellery, and sealed cosmetic products with proof of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging with tags attached. (All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.)
To return products, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return shipping authorization. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the product is unused and in like-new condition, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Items rejected for a refund due to damage or use will be mailed back to the customer.
Unfortunately, we can’t refund any shipping fees unless the item is defective. In these cases, we issue store credit equal to the value of shipping. If you're sending an item over $75, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Due to the personal nature of some of our items, we are unable to process returns on gift cards, toys, and lingerie. (You wouldn’t want us to sell you a product someone else returned, would you?)
BUT. If a toy or lingerie item doesn’t *ahem* please you, let us know at email@example.com, and we’ll give you 20% off on your next purchase within the same product category. For example, if you bought a vibrator, you can get 20% off on a new vibrator. (Don’t worry. We won’t make you explain why you want a different one.)
Please note that you must redeem the discount within 30 days of original purchase on an item of equal or lesser value. If you want a more expensive model, we’ll apply the 20% discount to the value of your initial product.
