This cleansing system from CalExotics is a simple douche and enema system that's shaped strategically to be user friendly and effective.
To use, place the applicator tip in your chosen fluid while compressing the bulb to fill the reservoir- or you can fill the bulb before attaching the tip at all. Once inserted, the applicator is not only firm (for precise placement) but forgiving enough to conform to the curves of the body.
The Ultimate is extremely hygienic and hypoallergenic and the pure silicone can be sterilized by boiling in water or even thrown in the dishwasher. For everyday cleanup, warm soapy water is sufficient.
